Who are we?
Dane Nelson has owned and operated Dot Com computers & Graphics
since 1995. He specializes in graphic design, videography, Windows troubleshooting and advanced video surveillance equipment. He
collaborates with Stott Outdoor Advertisting
as the designer behind many of their billboard advertisements. He also has designed many logos for local
businesses, including Western Pacific Brewing & Dining.
He works closely with law enforcement, local politicians and other leaders in our community to provide solutions for ever-changing IT demands.
Austin de Coup-Crank has served Dane as his daytime manager since July 2008 and has nearly ten years PC repair experience. He specializes in
advanced data recovery, networking, servers, web programming and Linux. He worked as a contractor for Microsoft
and actively pursues innovative methods of solving today's challenges facing computer users. Austin pioneered
advanced methods of data recovery and virus removal using the very same programs made by the United States government.
